Grimm Artisanal Ales was founded in 2013 by Joe and Lauren Grimm, starting as a nomadic brewery operating out of other regional brewhouses. In 2018, they established their permanent, award-winning brewery and taproom in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where they specialize in elegant, hop-forward ales and creative sour beers.
