Brauerei C. & A. Veltins, founded by Franz Kramer in 1824 in Grevenstein, Germany, has been family-owned for over five generations. The Grevensteiner brand was revitalized to honor the original, unfiltered country beers that first built the brewery's legendary reputation.
Grevensteiner is brewed according to the German Purity Law using soft spring water and freshly harvested Hallertau hops. This rustic kellerbier pays homage to the historic country-brewed beers of the Westphalia region.
