Founded in 1986 by the Ferrer family of Spain, who brought centuries of sparkling wine expertise from the Freixenet house, Gloria Ferrer represents a landmark fusion of Spanish heritage and California terroir. Today, the estate champions regenerative organic farming to preserve their pristine Sonoma soils.
Gloria Ferrer was the first sparkling wine house built in Carneros, establishing their vineyards in the early 1980s. This cooler, fog-influenced sub-region of Sonoma County offers the ideal climate for traditional method Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
