The story behind it
Elysian Brewing Company was founded in Seattle, Washington in 1996 by Joe Bisacca, Dick Cantwell, and David Buhler. Known for their fearless, hop-forward recipes and artistic labels, they quickly grew from a local Capitol Hill brewpub into a national craft powerhouse.
Elysian Space Dust was born out of the innovative spirit of Seattle's craft beer revolution. Brewed in their state-of-the-art brewhouse, it has become one of the most celebrated and recognizable West Coast-style Double IPAs in the country.
