Founded in 2011 by Ross Brockman and Tyler Mosher while they were seniors in college, Downeast Cider House began with a commitment to making craft cider the hard way. From a basement startup, the brand quickly grew into one of New England's most recognizable craft cideries, headquartered in East Boston.
Downeast Cider House was built on the core principle of using fresh-pressed local apples, never from concentrate. By leaving their ciders unfiltered, they preserve the full body and fresh orchard taste of the primary ingredients.
