The maker
Dogfish Head was founded by Sam Calagione in 1995 in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, as the state's first brewpub. Famous for brewing 'off-centered ales for off-centered people,' the brewery became a pioneer in experimental craft brewing.
How it is made
