Dingle Original Gin is an exceptionally clean, handcrafted spirit from Ireland's rugged southwest coast, balancing classic juniper with locally foraged botanicals. Fresh notes of rowan berry, fuchsia, bog myrtle, and heather deliver an authentic taste of the Kerry landscape.

Founded in 2012 by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley in the scenic town of Dingle, this pioneering independent distillery helped spearhead the modern Irish craft spirits revival. Their vision was to create high-quality, artisanal spirits that reflect the unique maritime climate and wild flora of the Dingle Peninsula.
Dingle Gin is crafted at the independent Dingle Distillery & production estate in County Kerry, using a custom copper pot still named Oisin. The spirit is infused with a unique selection of locally sourced Celtic botanicals that are macerated for twenty-four hours to capture their pure, natural oils.
