Cutwater Spirits was founded in 2017 in San Diego, California, by Yuseff Cherney, a former head brewer who transitioned his passion for fermentation into distilling. The brand quickly established itself as a pioneer in the premium canned cocktail category by using their own distilled spirits rather than neutral malt bases.
Crafted at Cutwater's San Diego production estate, this drink begins with award-winning Tequila Blanco made from 100% blue agave. The house-distilled agave spirit is carefully blended with customized club soda to replicate the iconic, high-carbonation West Texas serve.
