This exceptional Irish single malt is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for at least ten years in seasoned bourbon and sherry casks. The result is an incredibly smooth whiskey boasting luscious notes of honey, ripe pear, and warm vanilla shortbread.
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, and express the orange peel over the glass before dropping it in.
