The gold standard of traditional, dry Belgian wild ale

This classic lambic blend offers a beautifully complex nose of wild funk, sourdough, and wet straw, followed by a vibrant, dry palate. Crisp notes of tart green apple, lemon citrus, and soft oak lead into a highly carbonated, refreshing finish.

The story behind it

The maker

Founded by Frank Boon in 1975, Brouwerij Boon has been a monumental force in rescuing the traditional Lambic and Geuze styles from near extinction. Located in the Senne Valley, the family-run brewery is highly respected for its historic commitment to authentic spontaneous fermentation.

How it is made

Crafted in Lembeek, the historic birthplace of Lambic beer, using traditional spontaneous fermentation. This authentic Geuze is a blend of one, two, and three-year-old Lambic aged in massive oak casks called foeders.
