Elegant single-cask lambic from a legendary Belgian foudre
This exceptional monoblend geuze is crafted from lambic aged in a single historic oak cask, Vat 91, which previously held Calvados. The resulting beer is remarkably soft, elegant, and complex, showcasing a balanced sparkle from bottle refermentation.

Frank Boon began blending lambic in the mid-1970s and eventually bought the historic De Vits brewery to establish his own house. Today, the family-run brewery is managed by his sons, Jos and Karel Boon, who continue the legacy of traditional spontaneous fermentation.
Brewery Boon was established in Lembeek by Frank Boon in 1975, revitalizing the traditional lambic style of the Senne Valley. The beer is spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts and matured in giant oak foudres, some of which are over a century old.
