How it is made
Black Velvet was originally produced in Valleyfield, Quebec, before its production moved to the historic Palliser Distillery in Lethbridge, Alberta. The whisky utilizes high-quality local grains and pure Canadian water, matured in select oak barrels to achieve its signature velvety smoothness.
