Barrell Bourbon is a critically acclaimed, high-proof cask strength whiskey blended from exceptional barrels of varying ages. This artisanal release offers an expansive profile of orchard fruits, sweet baking spices, and a deeply complex oak structure.
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled, strain into a rocks glass over a large clear ice cube, and garnish with an orange peel and a brandied cherry.

Each unique batch of Barrell Bourbon is meticulously blended from select barrels of diverse ages sourced across multiple states. Aged in toasted and charred American white oak, the spirits are married and bottled at cask strength at the Louisville, Kentucky distillery & rickhouse.
