The maker
Caledonia Spirits was founded in 2009 by Todd Hardie, a lifelong beekeeper who wanted to connect Vermont's agricultural heritage with craft spirits. How it is made
Distilled in Greensboro, Vermont, this vodka is crafted by fermenting and distilling 100% raw wildflower honey in custom stills. The distillery employs a unique single-distillation process to maintain the exquisite aromatics of the honey without stripping its natural character.
