A sharp, dry heirloom cider with rustic complexity
Crafted from golden russet and bittersharp heirloom apples, this dry cider delivers a bright, vinous complexity with a clean and food-friendly finish. A sophisticated cider experience that strikes a perfect balance between sharp apple tartness and refreshing, raw effervescence.

Founded in 2014 by Jake Mazar and Soham Bhatt in Massachusetts, Artifact Cider Project was built to celebrate the diverse terroir of the Northeast through minimal-intervention cider making. They focus on showcasing the true potential of local apples while respecting traditional craftsmanship and modern flavor profiles.
This exceptional cider is fermented from carefully selected heritage apples at the Artifact brewhouse in Massachusetts. Highlighting bittersharp varieties, the production process utilizes slow fermentation to preserve the raw, structural acids of the fruit.
