Founded by Bert 'Tito' Beveridge II in Austin, Texas in 1997, Tito's Handmade Vodka began as a self-funded endeavor built on a dream and personal grit. Tito fought to obtain the state's first legal distilling permit and created his legendary formula through trial and error, initially selling bottles from the back of his truck.
Tito's is produced at Texas' oldest legal distillery, utilizing custom-designed copper pot stills modeled after traditional single-malt scotch and high-end cognac methods. The meticulous process of distilling six times and filtering through activated charcoal ensures an exceptionally pure spirit.
