Glendalough Distillery was founded in 2011 by a group of friends from Wicklow and Dublin who set out to bring craft distilling back to Ireland. Based in one of Ireland's most historic valleys, the distillery focuses on making artisanal spirits using local botanicals and traditional methods.
Crafted in the glacial valley of County Wicklow, Glendalough Distillery is reviving the heritage of craft Irish distilling. Each batch is carefully monitored under the watchful eye of Saint Kevin, the legendary founder of Glendalough depicted on the bottle.
