Established in 1828 by Emmanuel Courvoisier and Louis Gallois in Bercy, Paris, Courvoisier quickly rose to prominence and was named the official supplier to the Imperial Court of Napoleon III. The legendary house is renowned for its painstaking selection of grapes and precise aging techniques, cementing its place as one of the 'Big Four' historic cognac houses.
Crafted from grapes grown in the Fins Bois and Bons Bois crus of the Cognac region, this spirit is double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills. It is then aged in handcrafted French oak barrels from the Limousin forest at the historic Courvoisier production estate.
