Casamigos was founded in 2013 by long-time friends George Clooney, Rande Gerber, and Mike Meldman. Originally created as a private house tequila for their personal properties in Mexico, it was launched publicly to share their passion for an ultra-smooth, easily drinkable spirit.
Crafted in the Jalisco Highlands, the agaves are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours. A proprietary yeast blend is utilized during an extra-slow 80-hour fermentation process to develop its signature smooth character.
