Founded in 2006 by David Perkins and his wife Jane in Park City, Utah, High West began as a small, passionate operation in a historic livery stable. Their vision was to pay homage to the old West and create world-class whiskies that celebrate unique blending artistry.
This whiskey is crafted at High West Distillery, Utah's first legal distillery since 1870. The unique 'Double Rye' formulation combines a column-distilled Indiana rye with a traditional pot-distilled Utah rye to blend young, botanical spice with aged, woody complexity.
