Founded by the Orendain family, one of the founding lineages of Tequila production, the brand is named after the famous Mexican show jumping horse 'Arette' who won double gold at the 1948 London Olympics. Today, brothers Eduardo and Jaime Orendain continue the family tradition of crafting artisanal, heritage-driven spirits.
Tequila Arette is produced at El Llano distillery, one of the oldest active distilleries in the historic town of Tequila. Utilizing estate-grown agave from the lowlands, the liquid is fermented in masonry tanks before being double-distilled to capture its crisp character.
