Glendalough Distillery was founded in 2011 by five friends from Dublin and Wicklow who wanted to revive the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. Located in the deeply spiritual valley of Glendalough, the brand honors the legendary 6th-century monk, St. Kevin, whose image graces every bottle.
Handcrafted at the Glendalough distillery & production estate, this gin is distilled in small batches using a copper pot still. The botanicals are sustainably hand-foraged daily by a full-time forager in the mountains surrounding the distillery, ensuring unparalleled freshness.
