Cîroc was founded in 2003 by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, a charismatic French winemaker and master distiller. Robicquet sought to disrupt the spirits industry by applying his winemaking heritage to create a gluten-free vodka made entirely from grapes.
Distilled at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France, Cîroc is crafted using distillation methods inspired by over a century of French winemaking expertise. Unlike traditional grain spirits, it is distilled five times from fine French Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc grapes.
